Mercedes’ & Vanessa saved the day!! I have my girlfriend’s wedding today, we flew in from Canada and my hair was wild! They fixed it in such a short time frame. Washed, curled and styled!! Thank you so much ladies 🥹🥰 - Canadian Girl

Its very bad i told her i wanted my hair color different but... insted of that she charged me extra money which was bad and she made me bald i asked for a refund right this instant and they refused this really ruined my day

My wife went to her het hair trimmed and they charged her an extra $15.00 due to long hair. The haircut took 15 minutes they did not wash or wet her hair, she did not have a bunch of layers or anything. Never had this happened to her. I find it completely unacceptable. She is very easy to make happy and dosent make a fuss but this upset her. I do not think she will be back.
