I booked online with this salon two days prior to the appointment. There was no option of a partial highlight when choosing the service, only full head, so I chose ‘colour’. I showed up to my appointment, & the stylist told me she didn’t have time for me. She stressed that there were many others coming in shortly for their hair & basically didn’t have enough time to put in 5-10 foils for me, even though I booked for a colour. Only one hairdresser on site is delaying the customer’s service when interrupted by phone calls or drop in appointments requests
It was great. Doreen is very friendly and explains what she’s doing. I loved the way she cut and blow dried my hair.
I am very satisfied with the haircut I got here. Its for nice, feminine look short hair! Angela is doing a great job. I left the salon with a smile
