Just got home my hair is falling out from a perm she used 3 bottles of perm solution on my hair then when she went to cut it she chopped my hair the long pieces I have left are falling out. We had a previous conversation about me having color in my hair so she was fully aware of that. My once long beautiful curly hair in now short and extremely damaged and gummy
She was wonderful with my autistic grandson. We will be back in the future for sure. Julie was awesome.

My my stylist was amazing able to cut everything I needed great personality recommend raise for her only one working. Because she’s the only one working I had to wait for 18 minutes and even after making an appointment this I have a problem with it is not her fault she is not in trouble and is the district manager‘s fault. I’m sorry if you don’t have enough clientele once again, not my problem. There are too many places to cut hair to go to. This happens to be very convenient.
