I've been going to Smart style for 10 plus years the ladies are fabulous. Most times I walk in and they are always So gracious and accommodating to squeeze me in. Honestly if I could give him 10 stars I would keep up the great work ladies. You're very appreciated
I went there for a significant hair cut and when I got home nobody knew it was even cut. The stylist was in such a rush I was offered no product and no mirror to see the back. $40 completely wasted and another $40 to go elsewhere tomorrow and actually get a hair cut tomorrow. I’m livid. What a waste of time and money!!
Extremely disappointed! The employee completely messed up my haircut, and the salon admitted it was their mistake. They promised a redo, but when I called to schedule it, they ignored my calls and voice messages. I finally walked in, only to be told that they will charge me for the redo. Very unprofessional behavior. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely unprofessional stylists with terrible customer service. Rude and careless. If you care about your hair, avoid this place! they’re more likely to ruin it than style it.
