I wasn't greeted until I had stood in front of her for a few minutes. I asked for a trim and wash, but settled on just a trim for the same price as both because she wouldn't have time to dry my hair. She didn't raise my chair even though my hair is down to my waist. My husband, who notices very little, asked what happened to my hair. It was uneven and choppy. I have since had the cut properly done.
Got a good haircut and only $28. Was able to be seen as a walk in without waiting. Didn't look at my watch, but guessing the haircut took about 30min.
