Very friendly atmosphere.
Very petty and extremely unprofessional employee. Horrible attitude
Stylist was very nice, but seemed a little unsure of herself. The washing was fine but not enough aggressiveness with my scalp. The color turned out great except for the edges. Style was okay. I know it's a process and I'm sure she'll get there.
Booked with Brianna, very nice girl. I went in for a dry cut and a balayage on my long hair. Cut was good, I was nervous with the balayage. She got the color fine. Most pieces are orange. However, the bleach sat on my hair to long leading to it be over processed. Blonde hairs are falling out, not talking about breakage but full strands. I can’t even run my hands through my hair without strands falling out. I am beyond upset. I had long HEALTHY, BEAUTIFUL hair and now it’s ruined. Words can’t describe how upset i am.
