Very knowledgeable about hair care. Debra was very concerned over condition of my hair and what previous hair stylist did.
Seems like the store is more concerned with moronic corporate policy than providing customers with a positive experience. I was offered a discount off of shampoo for my near buzz cut short hair. Next to zero benefit to me to use "professional" shampoo. If you are going to offer a discount offer it for super short simple hair cuts that take 8 minutes versus 20 minutes.
