This was our first experience with this salon. (I made the appointment for my husband and went with him.) Appointment scheduling was fast and simple. We were greeted by * MAELEI * at the front counter when we arrived. She was very friendly. Asked if there was a specific stylist we wanted (since I hadn't specified a stylist when I made the appointment). Told her noone specific since we hadn't been there before.
