High end color job by Chelsea! Absolutely love the cut & Color. These girls are doing this on minimum tipped wage which is about $6.15 an hour! Tip accordingly to your stylist. Returning customer ~Excellent cut by Chelsea! My go too! Chelsea is Amazing!!
