I got there at 300pm , I live in Steele takes me about 20 minutes to get to Kennett. Im having surgery on my neck and needed the hair cut before, so it would be easier to take care of .I was informed she had a hair dye and then a perm next and that they closed at 500. I ask can I come back just to see if the perm made it. I came back about 345, the perm had not shown up. I said well how much time will you be giving her to come in.
