I set up 2 different appointments on their app, drove 50 minutes only to be turned away by an extremely rude lady who was just sitting there on her phone. My appointments were scheduled for 6:30 and I arrived 6 minutes early. She claimed that they close at 6:30, then she changed it and said they close at 7 but she needed to sweep and take out the trash and she couldn’t stay until 10 just to cut my hair!!
