My Grandmother was going in to get her haircut at this location. She was waiting on a male stylist to cut her hair, during the wait the stylist began talking about politics that differed from hers and she found it very inappropriate for the circumstance. She decided to leave because she was uncomfortable and also didn’t want to give her money to someone so thoughtless. Maybe keep the politics out of the hair salon? 😅 took me forever to finally get her out of the house and that’s what she was greeted with.
Y'all with prices rising and can't afford a high dollar cut and highlight anymore, so I'm soooo extremely happy with Smart Style in Hickory creek Walmart. The stylist are very helpful and knowledgeable with what you want and ask of them. I will continue to go back to this salon. The prices is right and the hair is on point!!!!
I will for sure be back. Mary Jane was the best!! I have CRPS and PTSD (real bad) and she took her time with me and always made sure I was doing ok. She is a very caring person!!! Well I have more to say I was talked into buying a product that I was unable to use do to reaction and went to return it a week later after only trying it once and it was $23 and they will not take it back and also after a week my hair looks the same as if I didn’t even get a perm. So no I will not be back very poor customer service!!!
