Hairstylist was not available for appointment. When she did show there was no apology for her lack of showing up. She was eating during appointment. Store was a disgrace, trash on floor, booths in disarray. Very unprofessional. Shame on you for allowing this.

Not to happy with the high lights in my hair she only did the front the back don't even touch I pay to much money for something the I don't spec ting and have short hair Very disappointed
