Every aspect of the experience was awful. From the price estimated was $50 more, to the color of my hair that is not correct, to the fact that they did not wash my hair properly, which also means they did not blow out my hair properly. And when asked about it, they were going to charge me to rewash and blow it out. Also had to pay someone else to rewash blow my hair for $50. Owner only offered me 10% off next visit. Which of course I won't be back.
Very nice stylist. This is the second time we have visited here. It seams like it is not too busy and could really use a reorganization to 6 stylists because there is only 1 every time we go.
Just got a trim but very happy with their prices, staff and experience.
Rachel was AMAZING!!! I will be a repeat customer of hers! She was thorough, professional, and serious about pleasing me as a customer.
