I had a spilt color (red/blonde) that needed a root touch up. The blonde roots are yellow, unlike the bright blonde at the bottom. Amber was careless when doing the color. She didn't rinse sides separately. Then, she allowed the red to lay on the blonde. This caused the red to stain the blonde, which I paid multiple sessions to get entirely blonde.
