Made an appointment on the phone for my son to get a haircut. When we showed up, no one was there and no one picked up the phone. I then had to drive 20 minutes away to another establishment with a toddler. Very disappointed.

Very unprofessional . Answer the phone head start no thank you for calling head start how can I help you . So I ask for her to set up an appointment for a color and cut and she then ask did it have to be Saturday . Could it be set up for December . I said can’t wait until December then she said never mind someone else can do it what time Saturday you want . I said nevermind I will call someone else .
