Months ago during renovations I stopped for an eyebrow wax and was told they didn’t have the equipment. Came back a few months later afterwards. There were two employees sitting in the back talking. I asked for an eyebrow wax and was told they were closing at 5pm. Even though sign in store said 7 and online said 7. I was there 15 mins before 5 which would have been plenty of time for the wax.
