I had an appointment with Ebony, I showed up about 15 minutes early to a 3pm appointment. She was already doing someone else's hair so I waited... and waited. 3:30 rolled around so I left. Im sure shes great but I didnt get to experience anything. Didn't feel like asking how long it would be after waiting over 30 minutes. Not sure what the point of booking an appointment is if youre going to be waiting.
