So this place is a hit and miss with workers I don’t trust them to cut hair one of the lady’s ast month cut 4 inches off my hair after I specifically asked for a trim and butchered my hair putting layers in evenly in my hair however a blow out here and there just to tame my hair as the last resort is fine I wouldn’t recommend this place the dressers literally rips your hair out while trying to detangle hair and my hair is super curly long and thick
Strange situation. February 17 2026 in the morning I made an appointment for 4PM same day for specific very talented hair specialist. I arrived at 4PM, spent time, canceled other things to do, but hairdresser was not there. Ok, sometimes it happens, no problem. But no one even call me and let me know that my specific hairdresser is not available. It’s weird, no respect for customers.
