I got there when they opened and two people was in front of me. The lady took my information and phone number. She told me it will be a 30 minute wait. I waited over an hour never got a phone call nor did I ever get one that day. Very unprofessional. Update 4/28/24 Arrived at 10am not open. Opened late. Someone had an appointment and didn’t show so the lady took the guy in front of me. I was supposed to be next. Her appointment arrived and she cut their hair. I’m fine with that.
