Nice ladies always do a good job
Always a problem getting service. Hours vary based on the whims of the stylist on duty.
How can I use this business when I can't help. I'm told I work alone, for the service I wanted and they can't do it. They are closed on Friday by a note on their door. This person working on 02/11/2023 sure isn't doing SmartStyle's business any good.
Worst hair cut my sons ever had. She didn’t give him the hair cut I asked for and showed a picture of. She gave him no instruction on how to move his head, she just jerked his head around, didn’t talk to him at all. He 4yrs old and held very still. He should have gotten a nice hair cut I asked for instead she gave him a military hair cut, cut off all his pretty blonde hair. Sarah was her name. Never go there horribly rude people who should not be cutting anyones hair. I could have done what she did for free.
