Phoebe done a spectacular job on cutting my hair
At least I'm not the only one. Booked an appt and whola.. no one was there for the appt. Erica was the hair dresser I was supposed to have, but the dang place was chained and locked. Not sure why they even advertise services when they pick and choose when to come in. I believe in giving second chances but...I tried coming by yesterday and now today.

Been there 3 times in the past week after 10 am. All times they were closed even though it was well after 9 a.m, when their website said they opened and the website ssid they were opened even though they were closed. No more. They list my business.
