My first stylist was Katie (I believe) she was great I loved my hair when I first looked at it. I have really bad eyesight so when she asked if I liked it I said yes. The next day after I was looking at it more closely I seen that my layers where uneven so I called Smartstyle and asked if there was anyway someone could fix it and the lady said absolutely.
