I scheduled an appointment for waxing online. I scheduled it for 10:15 AM. I arrived at about 10:05 AM registered there was two ladies behind the desk on their phones. The older lady wanted me to have a seat and tell my appointment time even though like I said they were both behind the desk doing nothing.
