I have never had any trouble with the ladies that work here, they're all friendly and willing to help and adjust to my needs/wants. I have a full undercut and used to go every 2 weeks to have someone do it. For years. However as of lately, I've only gone a handful of times because prices are outrageous now, which i know is completely and entirely out of their hands, so no biggie there I'll pay the price if its worth it.
