6 months ago I got an awful haircut. She absolutely butchered my hair. I went to SmartStyle yesterday, hoping that since it had grown a little, maybe the stylist could try to fix it somehow. She not only fixed the mistakes, she gave me a cut that I am in love with. As long as Olivia is working there, that's where I'm going.

I've had my haircut there three times. Every time the stylist has been nice. Do plan on going back in the future.
The worst haircut I think I've ever had Ashley the manager needs to learn how to do what you tell her I told her I wanted my hair touching my shoulders after about 3 cuts I saw it was right below the ears she tried to make light of the situation but it was an awful experience then expected a tip which she did not get and as soon as she saw I didn't tip her she turned her head and did not say another word to me very unprofessional just beware if she cuts your hair...
