I booked an online appointment for a cut and wash and they don't even offer to wash your hair but they will charge you for it.
Love the service staff was amazing! The online scheduling service is a mess however and needs improvement
Don't recommend using the online booking. They dont check or care about online booking. If you need your hair cut make sure you have and hour or so of free time to get in. They only accept walk ins and you can't plan ahead for it.

I saw Lisa. I wanted my hair trimmed. My bangs were down to my chin. I ONLY WANTED A TRIM! Now my bangs are up to my scalp 😭 I'm never going back 😭😭😭
