Very unprofessional! I would not give this place a star but I had to. I had an appointment booked and when I arrived I was greeted by a rude lady and suggesting I get foils or bleach my hair when all I wanted was a simple root touch up or one solid color. I wanted a 5N and she was suggesting a 4 and in the end I was told my hair could not be done because I wanted a 5 and she did not want to have her stylist do a 5N.
