I only have Christina cut my sons hair but unfortunately she was not there when we arrived to my sons appointment this evening at 4:15. I’m not sure of the woman’s name that cut Carter’s hair but she was younger with shorter black hair with some blue and glassed. I was not impressed with her service! I was actually just looking to find the number to talk to a manager and a message to rate tmt experience pooped up. How ironic. First I can say I was happy to get an appointment fast. I arrived 10 min before my appointment to find a sign we are away for a minute, that is fine but I kept getting up to check if anybody was there and by 11:20 I checked again as their phone was ringing and somebody came out to answer so I finally got acknowledgment.
