I went in for an express haircut to the SmartStyle Salon in St. Albans, a few weeks ago. Nico was my hairdresser. She was nice and pleasant but I was pretty disappointed in the experience overall. My hair was down to the middle of my back, and I told her that I wanted it shoulder length (about 4, maybe 5 inches cut off). I actually put my finger on my shoulder as a visual clue.
