I booked an appointment on line. Arrived for my 10 am appointment, ten minutes early. The stylist had already take another customer. I waited thirty minutes. Apparently the other customer had booked an in person appointment. The system needs to change!!! No apology from the stylist either. This is very poor customer service Change is needed.
Love the convience of walk- ins BUT my stylist didn't understand, NO LENGTH OFF BANGS. She was sullen n miserable.(jan)

Went in to get a haircut at 5:30. Was told they close at 6: 00 the stylist was just standing around playing on a cellphone with nobody getting a haircut. Will never use them again.

I have been getting a haircut every two months since 2021 by one of the Hair stylists, Sung. At Bellmead, SmartStyle. After I got a haircut, people at work always compliment my hair. When I went to the Waco Symphony Orchestra concert in January, a lady sitting behind me commented," Whoever cut your hair did a great job; it falls correctly no matter what you do."
