The person who colored my hair was not experienced as a colorist, which I did not know until partway through the process. Even though I showed her photos and chose from their swatches she did not make it look similar to the colour I was after. I had to come in again to have the colour altered because she couldn't fully finish it the first time - she ran out of time. It took hours and hours to complete. Just wanted a straight across cut and left with longer strands at front , quite angled at sides . Didn’t ask for anything complicated and now I have to pay to have it fixed .
