I went to smart style in waterdown for six months. My last cut was horrendous. I let Erin the manager who did my hair know. I was scalped in the back and a bald spot. She stated it was the best haircut from her. She offered me a free cut and then said why would you even want to come back here I'll not be using any of these salons because of her response she lost a customer who was coming every four weeks I would like a response. I’ve been there before once and an older lady gave me a long bob. She took 20-30 mins as it should take my hair that long to cut. This time I went and an African American male took me, he was very confident when I asked him for my haircut but he took 1.5 hours to do my hair, he would have taken 3 hours if I didn’t stop him. I did a big cut and was really scared as I had hair down to waist so I was understandable nervous. But it turn out amazing Sabina did my hair and she was wonderful making me feel at ease the whole time. My hair turn out even better then I imagined and it was pretty affordable only being 40$ for a wash cut dry and style. Will definitely be going back for all my hair cuts in the future
My hair was long and the young hairdresser was told I wanted it cut short into a pixie cut ✂️. She kept asking the other hairdresser to show her how to cut my hair (4's). When she finished my hair looked like it was done by a five year old. I didn't have my glasses on. Never will go there again. Caution ⚠️
