My mother is 77 yrs old, fixed income and has mobility issues. She went to smart style in Walmart Dieppe last Sunday and they said they were short staffed and booked up. Fair enough, she was there at four pm and they closed at five pm. I brought her today, around 12:30 pm and she went to the salon while I shopped.
