I only go here if I need something done and I can’t get into a good place. I make an appointment and it never fails. I get there and they are super behind and moving at a snails pace. They book cuts every 15 minutes but take about 30 to do a basic cut. The only thing good about this place is when you have to wait you can walk around the store.
Normally I like coming here, but dont bother making an appointment or reservation! They don't honor or keep them. I got told today it would be an extra hours wait. Why even take appointments if they arent kept. You've lost a long time customer. Not that anyone in this company actually cares or anything.
Went and got my haircut with my daughter yesterday. The staff were super friendly. Took us right in. I am giving them a 3 star because she asked if I wanted my hair thinned as I have very thick hair I said sure it wouldn’t hurt. Well she used the wrong scissors she didn’t have the thinning ones she had the regular ones. She cut it, pauses then takes her foot and moves the hair away from the chair like she was trying to hide it. They have lost my business because my son who is 3 will not sit in the chair alone, due to a fear of it. Was told last night due to insurance he can’t sit in my lap, so instead of forcing him and terrifying him even more we will go elsewhere from now on.
