The lady that cut my hair was very professional and friendly I will be going back to her cut And styled my hair just the way I wanted I recommend them to my family and friends
My wife made an appointment a week ago for her mother and her aunt. One appt was at 11:55 and the other was at 12:20. They arrived at 11:45 to sign in, only to be told there were 3 walk-in appts ahead of her and they took precedent over her appt so she would have to wait. Needless to say that was and is UNACCEPTABLE! This is not how you run a business. Assandra was unprofessional and dismissive. Manager was unreachable and no corporate number was given when asked. Went in for my 7 year old daughter to get a hair cut came out having to pay $140.97 wasn't told what the full price was untill the end. or that it would take 4 hour to get it done . I wouldn't have spent that on my hair much less my kid a wash,but they had to straighting,to do the hair cut will not go back .
