I retract my previous 5 star review. They just more then doubled my monthly bill out of nowhere. When I signed up, they never said it was an introductory price. They said I was locked into the price of $36 dollars month for a 5x9 as long as I never had a late payment, which I did not.Now its 77 dollars. I will be extracting my things and going to a different storage business. Very poor business practice.
My experience with Smart Stop Storage has been very positive. Erika and Andrew have been patient and helpful during this transition and move. While temporary living in a motel looking for a permanent place to live I feel that my belongings are very safe. I am so pleased with the way I was treated that I would recomend Smart Stop Storage to anyone in need of a safe place for their belongings. Thank you
Such excellent service end to end. Inquiring about and reserving a unit online was easy. The rates were transparent. Touching base over the phone with the office was prompt and straightforward. On the day of move in, finishing up the lease and signing up for the app was easy. The app allows you to control the gates via Bluetooth. The storage unit was tall, clean and as advertised. The lot is secure. I have total confidence in storing my goods here and look forward to being a long term customer.
