Laronza and other gentleman were very amazing. It was 115° outside we had a truck with no air we were dying, they offered us water and told us to stay in the office as long as we wanted to cool down. Units are air conditioned nicely.
Have rented 3 different storage units at the Greenway Road store here in Surprise, AZ. Amber and Lorenzo are great folks. The storage units are clean before you move in. The process to rent the unit is quick and easy. The only thing I didn't like was that they only give a pro-rated refund for the 3 days of the month as a courtesy to the renter which means if you release the unit before the next payment due date, you won't get the pro-rated refund for the remaining days.
