Very convenient and great prices. This facility is running under a new and improved management. Easy online booking. :)
Location was a little hard to find but Raven was very kind and patient helping us locate them.
I like this location because it’s close to my home. When Helene hit, it was a great to be able to store items, I have 5 units. Unfortunately I had water damage in one unit over a year ago, no response to filed claim. And recently another one of my outside units had been broken into twice, both time I’ve discovered it on my own and had to go to office to find out what happened. The upper gate is open all day long. My confidence in SmartStop is for a secure and safe store is waning rapidly.
