I'm not your typical reviewer but I've had such a bad experience with a rate increase and rats, I feel obligated to share. My mom passed away and I needed a storage unit quick. I was given a good price at SmartStop on Benatar Way and before I signed the contract I asked two people if the rate will increase, both told me it shouldn't increase for a year, plenty of time to settle mom's affairs so I signed. 3 months later it was increased by $90 (40%) not discovered until I signed in to pay it.
