Horrible and rude staff. I called my insurance and was told Dr. Hernandez was under his plan. So I chose her and she came to see my son in the hospital. She wanted to follow up with us in 2 days. Upon scheduling his appointment the office manager came on the line and stated they did not accept his insurance when I told her that i confirmed with the insurance she stated they only took tricare select not tricare prime. Dr. Hernandez has by far been one of the worst pediatricians I’ve seen. She’s careless with information. Took her 3 attempts to get my daughter’s documents for school correct. She has you waiting around for over an hour just to be seen. Gave me incorrect information about my daughter. By far the worst experience I’ve had. The only positive thing is her staff
