First time parents and Our fist time visiting Dr.Herrera Best pediatrician we’ve been with! Front desk, nurses, and the medical assistant were the best! Definitely recommend!
We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Herrera! I just had my first baby and she has been 100% available for all my questions and concerns as a first time mom! She also has the BEST personality!!! We look forward to watching our daughter grow with her as a patient!!! Would highly recommend!
I went inside to ask for a walk in, I waited for 40 minutes in their lobby and there was nobody in the front. I knew the office was open because I could hear people in the back. So I ended up going to another clinic for my kids.
Horrible and rude staff. I called my insurance and was told Dr. Hernandez was under his plan. So I chose her and she came to see my son in the hospital. She wanted to follow up with us in 2 days. Upon scheduling his appointment the office manager came on the line and stated they did not accept his insurance when I told her that i confirmed with the insurance she stated they only took tricare select not tricare prime.
