Tried to get a quote. Told it would be sent next day and nothing.
Im normally a person that dosent write reviews because it's typically just bad timing and things could be worked out. I dont see how this company has more than a 2 star rating. But it looks like everyone one was praising the techs. However this is by far the worst security systems I've experienced in the past 15 years. I pay for customer service you can not have a sub-par service and equally sub-par customer service. How do you call a security company and get sent to voice mail???? We have a rather elaborate set up with multiple amplifiers, tv's along with areas all tied into Sonos. One technician Leon Atkins was able to figure out how everything works, educate us on how to use it which we struggled to before Leon got the settings correct. He was patient and toughly knowledgeable. Leon is the best. Randy & Barb thanks you.
Complicated system but the SmartShield guys are thorough and followed up to make sure everything worked as planned. Eli (technician) is awesome. Patient and professional.
