It is impossible to reach customer service. Always asking to leave a message and call me back. Call you back in 2-7 days. Very bad customer service. Will look for another security system company to handle my security.
Had the video doorbell installed and a couple days later, it started chiming randomly and odd hours before starting to completely fail and do loud static noise that the neighbors can hear every 2 mins. It started to drive my 4yr crazy. Called to have someone come out and they scheduled me for half a week out despite telling them i have no doorbell now and the noise was insane. Eli was great. He went above and beyond to explain my questions and I had and even explained things to me my system could do I was unaware of. Great customer service
