In this day and age for a pharmacy to use USPS for a compounded injectable is borderline negligence. My medication was in the mail system for 9 days. Box had only a piece of brown paper for cushioning and xeroxed instructions that were illegible. Had to scramble to find another compound pharmacy. Smartscripts is obviously about profits vs. Best for patients. If they put patients first they would use next day shipping for all injectables whether they consider them shelf stable or not.

I initially thought that my insurance had been charged for Covid tests I was denied. But, the same day I spoke to a rep there, who assured me that they were delayed due to their shipper, all the tests came in the mail. Thank you, and my apologies to the young man I spoke to. He was very nice, and patient with me.

Ran out of medicine twice with this company. I wasn't worth my time and patience.
