Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will stand behind their work. My screen quit working within a week and they would not fix it. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
My first visit to the store wasn't at all reflective of the customer service they provide. John met me at the store after hours to replace the glass on my iPhone and then Shane, the owner, stopped in to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service is about making things right and they went above and beyond, and gained a lifetime customer. Thank y'all!
Broke my phone this morning, went in this afternoon and they had it fixed within 45 mins. Very nice guys and they answered all of my questions! Also my phone is working perfect now �
Awesome service! Fixed my screen in Nov.. it messed up again, they were closed I went to a place on youree they told me my phone was completely broke. Went back to Smartphone Specialists yesterday and they fixed it in an hour. Very helpful and friendly!
