I severely cracked my screen on the phone. I called and Tony, explaining make and model of the phone. He didn't have the needed screen in stock, but did order it the same day. When the new part arrived he texted me, I dropped off the phone and he had it fixed in a couple of hours. This level of service is well above my experience with other places.
