Service is okay, at least technicians will listen to you. But they also said that they do adjust settings only, and indicate no intention to examine my phone. Like many other “experts”, they are not very helpful in solving issues related to group chat because they don,t want to form a group to examine the quality of messages. Now in learned that you need to have couple of friends to examine group chat related issues. Costly, lazy, or falling through the crack of the system?
I went to Smart Phone Medic on Garners Ferry Road. A young lady name Andrea fixed my problem under 15 minutes. I loved that I could just drive up and sit in the drive thru without getting out and Miss. Andrea was very pleasant and polite throughout. If you need your phone fixed, I highly recommending going to see them!
