I received stellar service! Jasmine phone etiquette is very good and the associate that repaired my phone was very friendly and professional. The wait was under 30 minutes! I recommend this vendor.Â
Would not recommend! I brought my phone in and showed the person there at the time that my iPhone had moisture inside the camera lens on both front and back of the phone and asked if he could remove the moisture. He immediately turns the phone on and asks for my phone's passcode?! Then he proceeded to take my iPhone in the back after I wouldn't give him my code and told him I would prefer you to turn my phone back off.
