I actually bought my house 2 years ago. We dealt with Skyler Fortune and it was such a nice experience. Every time I had a question about a house, he checked to make sure the house met all of our requirements and I STRONGLY recommend smartpath and Skyler for any of your mortgage lending needs!

Great transaction from start to finish. I was tentative to use an out of state lender as this was my first home purchase. When I compared what my local bank and the two mortgage companies that my realtor told me to go with offered with Smartpath it became a very easy decision. Skyler walked me through the entire process and beat everyone's rate by a half point. I will recommend him in the future to anyone that is buying a home.
