Mr. Nix is a gem. I continue to be enthusiastic about his clarity, his knowledge, and his fair and considerate billing, among many other things. For the second patent application, he layed out the deeper logic of the invention in a formulation of the claims. With that and his useful instructions, he enabled me to contribute much of the remaining text and drawings. He was always on top of every aspect of the application, from strategic considerations down to details of the grammar of English. It was fun to work with him.

We got highly competent yet easy-to-follow advice on patenting our software invention, starting with how a patent may or may not be useful for us and how competitors might react to it. Mr. Nix helped us choose an adequate and economical patent track for our business situation.
