I purchased a auto mower 450X in April 2021 I have had problems after problems. Replaced disk, locked wheel etc. After paying over 4k for a lawnmower you don’t expect such Mechanical problems so soon. All within 14 months of purchasing. Service (what service) that’s another nightmare. The Teck set appointments and don’t show up or call. The Teck gave mini excuses. I absolutely love my auto mower! It’s fun to sit and watch it do it’s magic! Neighbors ask all the time, “what’s that thing in your yard?” We have an acre lot, and it handles the front and back with no problems. The service that David provides is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend having him set one of these bad boys up for you! Saves me so much time and energy on the weekends!!
This has truly been a game changer. Let me first say that David is the best. He took his time to listen to my needs and what I was looking to accomplish. He made great recommendations on different products. I live on 5 acres. My front and side yard is big with lots of trees and flowerbeds. I have an automower that I wanted to get checked out and latest firmware installed before warranty expired. I figured I would need to drop off and leave it for at least a few days or weeks. I contacted David and he wanted to come to my place to do the service for a small fee. He was GREAT. He do all the requested services and fully explained how to best procedures to clean and maintain the machine to get the longest life out of it. Truly more than I expected
