Well I rented a 10×20 unit through the website yesterday. It was the last one, the ad said. We arrive today at 3:38 and were given a 10×10 instead. We have called twice and we are STILL WAITING at 4:30 with no return call yet! We are sitting here, wasting our time, waiting on the property manager to return our call! This is really unprofessional! Just wanting people to do their job, nothing more.
The only thing missing from this facility is a dumpster. It would be ideal to have one on or near the premises for paying customers to utilize.
