They’ll pay tenants for positive views. I lived here since 2021. Slum lords, your car will be broken into. They will not respond to their tenants for any concern. Avoid them go live with K&D they suck but better than these people 🤣
Maybe posting here will get me a response I have keys to a unit and I never signed a lease.. They took my money and stop responding, no mail box key, bathroom ceiling leaking, and There are to many roaches in my unit in the rooms and bathroom and I haven't even been there but 4 days to the point I have to stay at my dads bc my daughter is scared of them. No one is responding and it's been over a week. Since I'm Not signed under a lease I might just leave and returning my Keys and movin out since I'm there with no lease sign ... read more
